We offer five airy, comfortable and well furnished apartments, set amongst citrus trees and with use of swimming pool. Separate entrance and private parking space. Shops and, bus stop at a distance of approx. 50 m and descent to the sea at approx. 750 m trains to Pompeii and Naples at 450 m. The apartments are ideal for holidays not only in summer but also in winter, having the benefit of automated central heating.

This small residential complex is approached by a private lane (there are 4 other apartments in the grounds).
An external iron staircase leads to the second apartment of 65 sq. metres which comprises terrace leading to: living room, kitchen, service bathroom with washing machine, three double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. Sleeps 6.

Important note: the residential complex (see ref. AP-496, AP-214, AP-216 and AP-211) which sleeps a total of 27 people; can be rented in its entirety subject to availability.

Water, electricity, gas, weekly change of linen, washing machine, satellite TV and private parking space, air-conditioning and heating.
Swimming pool (10x5) metres for communal use, open from 11.04.09 to 31.10.09.

Services not included in the price:
Weekly cleaning Euro 30,00 to be paid in resort.
