From the lower floor, a wooden spiral staircase rises to the above large, arch-shaped salon. The focal point of the salon is the fire surround, in front of which sits an attractive coffee table with matching furniture.

All the rooms are painted and decorated in matching orange colours and soft tints. The nearness of the sea and the large sweeping expanse of glass, give the impression of being on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean.

The villa is characterised by wooden window frames and staved panels. The floors throughout the house are paved by fresh looking, brilliant white, “cotto” tiles, decorated with the matching wooden colours of the house itself.

The central window is an impressive glass door that opens onto a terrace. The ample, furnished terrace follows the contours of the building and overlooks the sea across a valley of gardens and villas. Capri, Ischia, and the Flegrean coast are visible from the terrace. At the back of the house, an exterior staircase leads from the Winter Garden to the roof.

The bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are a component of the same apartment. If the apartment is used only as double room, then a bedroom for 2 persons with bath, kitchen and living room is offered. For 4 persons two double rooms with baths, living room and kitchen and for 5 persons three double rooms with two baths, kitchen and living room are offered .

The apartment is rented only to one family, completely with kitchen, living room and garden use.
