Whoever has the pleasure of staying in this villa, has at their own disposal every modern comfort, can admire superb natural surroundings, take advantage of many different services and can be part of a convivial and elegant setting knowing that they can also have absolute privacy and tranquillity. Situated in a 27.000 sq mt park where it is possible to admire examples of rare trees such as the Gingko biloba, unfortunately a species in danger of extinction. To stroll in such a park is as pleasant as to take a swim in the large sea water swimming pool at your disposal. If you prefer you can also sunbathe on the sandy and rocky beach that is for the exclusive use of yourselfs and the guests of the adjacent luxury hotel (5 stars). If you wish you can taste fish specialties or a pizza in the restaurant on the beach or even lunch in the hotel.
Regarding the hotel, even having your own privacy, you can still take advantage of all the services that it offers to its guests: bar and snacks by the pool, breakfast on a panoramic terrace and bar on the same terrace with live music every evening. The centre of Sorrento, with its boutiques, night-clubs and entertainment is only a short distance away.

You reach this villa, located on the first floor, by going up 10 external and 10 internal steps. The villa is composed of equipped kitchen, living-room with satellite TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with garden view, a store-room plus two bathrooms of which one with bath and shower and the other shower only. Sleeps 4.

Services not included in the price
Access to the sea water swimming pool of the hotel with included sunbeds or deckchairs and beach towels Euro 10,00 per day per person. The swimming pool is opened from May to September. Access to the private beach includes sunbed or deckchair, beach towel and sunshade Euro 20,00 per day per person. Breakfast, lunch and use of hotel bar are extra. Internet connection in the nearby hotel. On request other services (reservations, flowers, excursions, private maid). Car parking at Euro 15,00 per car per day.
