This apartment was renovated at the beginning of the year 2004 and was furnished tastefully with old pieces of furniture. It is located on a ground floor (with private entrance) of a building in the centre of Sorrento in a quiet position.
The location of the apartment is easy for the access to public means (railway station, port, bus stop) to reach the most famous areas in our region. This property has also a wide terrace/garden furnished and lighted.

The apartment is indeed a special place to spend a vacation in Sorrento: the building is placed in a very quiet area, away from the main street and the noice of the traffic, but at the same time right in the Sorrento centre. From the apartment it is an easy walk to some of the most ancient and enchanting places of Sorrento, including the Cathedral, the Cloister of San Francesco, the Villa Comunale with its garden overhanging the sea and the enchanting panorama of the Gulf of Naples, from Procida to Vesuvius

Two-roomed apartment of 45 s.q.m., sleeps 4, with a private entrance, composed of: a wide living-room with double sofa-bed, cooking corner , double-room, bathroom with shower, terrace/garden of 40 s.q.m furnished and lighted.

You will enter the apartment through an independent entrance: there is a nice courtyard equipped with a light, a table and chairs. If You feel like, You can have a nice dinner in the open air in the evening.

From the main door the access leads directly into the wide living room, where You find the sitting-room with the dining area. Tall windows open on the private courtyard of the house to make the room particularly luminous. The furniture is modern and practical, but there are also pieces of antiques. In this room there is a sofa-bed (sleeps two), a writing-table with the chair and a lamp. In the living-room there is also a dining-area with table and chairs.

The kitchen is small, but very modern. It is equipped with two ringed cooker and a fridge with freezer.

There is one bedroom: it has a double bed. Plenty of light enters the bedroom through the wide glass wall open on the private courtyard of the house. The bed is surrounded by two bedside tables. In the same room guests can find also a beautiful wardrobe.

Close to the double bedroom there is bathroom with the shower. The apartment has in any room the floor decorated with terracotta tiles.

From the apartment it is an easy walk to some of the most ancient and enchanting places of Sorrento, including the Cathedral, the Cloister of San Francesco, the Villa Comunale with its garden overhanging the sea and the enchanting panorama of the Gulf of Naples, from Procida to Vesuvius. You will also walk along the luxurious main street (Corso Italia) or discover the colourful side streets of the town's historic center, discovering a wealth of luxury goods and various local handcrafts.

As a guest of the apartment, You will have free access to the parking area of the condominium, and You can park Your car there for free. Normally in any Italian condominium the apartments of the condominium haven?t their own parking places, but there is a common space for any owner of those houses. In the most part of the cases, when You enter the park, You find the place for parking Your car right away: but it isn?t guaranteed. Otherwise You have to wait. But when You park Your car, it is advisable to leave it there and to reach the nearby touristic attractions by public means (train and public bus): the train station is 500 meters (546 yards) away from the apartment. Anyway a secure paying car parking is available at approximately 500 meters (546 yards) from the dwelling.

HOW TO REACH SORRENTO:

FROM ROME BY CAR:
From Rome reach the main road "A1"direction south (Napoli) and, after leaving Naples, take the main road "A3" to Napoli - Salerno (Not Tangenziale Napoli). Follow always the brown sign "Penisola Sorrentina". At Castellammare di Stabia, take the road to Sorrento.

FROM ROME AIRPORT BY PUBLIC MEANS:
There is a shuttle that connects the Airport with the main railway station in Rome. From Rome there are several trains to Naples (The trip takes approximately 2 hours). In alternative, (only during working days) from the Tiburtina train station You can take the bus of "Marozzi" company that leaves from the capital at 7:00 am and 3:00 pm: the bus takes directly to Sorrento (Euros 15.99).

FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY CAR:
From Naples Capodichino Airport You should follow the motorway A3 Naples-Salerno as far as the exit Castellammare di Stabia; once You are in Castellammare di Stabia You follow the National Road 145 (SS 145) as far as Sorrento which is about 48 kms away from Naples.

FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY PUBLIC MEANS:
From Naples airport You can take a taxi or bus to the railway station at Piazza Garibaldi. At the main train station Piazza Garibaldi in Naples You will be able to board the local Circumvesuviana trains which leave for Sorrento every 20 minutes all day long. In alternative, from the Naples Capodichino Airport You can take the bus of "Curreri" company that takes directly to Sorrento with departure at 9:00 am - 11:30 am - 01:00 pm - 02:30 pm - 04:30 pm - 07:00 pm. (The trip takes approximately 1 hour).
