The Festival of the Pizza take place at Mostra d’Oltremare (www.mostradoltremare.it )
Each evening there are music, theatre, cabaret, demonstrations, many surprises and naturally... Pizza napoletana!
The celebration is supported by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana
(association of the genuine Neapolitan Pizza - www.verapizzanapoletana.org ), which was created in the 1984 in Naples by the most renowned Pizzaioli and Pizzerie. Its task is to carry the Neapolitan tradition of the Pizza into the world and to fix the rules for the production of an original Neapolitan Pizza.
